Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

When you find yourself craving chocolate, reach for this recipe. These Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies are sure to satisfy. With ingredients usually kept in the pantry, these cookies will be sitting in the cookie jar in no time, if you can keep them there long enough.

Gather your ingredients

Sift the dry ingredients.

Cream the sugars with the olive oil (or butter).

Beat in eggs until completely incorporated. Beat the last egg with the vanilla.

Fold in dry ingredients.

 Fold in the chocolate chips.

 Spoon onto the cookie sheet.

Place in the preheated oven.

Let cool. The temptation is to taste, but the chocolate will be hot.

Enjoy the chocolatey goodness!

The recipe calls for butter, I substitute with olive oil. I found the 2 cups of chocolate chips was too much and would cut back to maybe anywhere between 1 cup to 1-1/2 cups. They were very delicious and I did not get any complaints. For easy directions on how to bake the cookies, Click Here.
